Quotes and payment
All prices are agreed in writing before work begins. A brief prepared with the quote builder on this site is a request for a quote, not a price, and nothing is binding until we confirm it in writing. Larger projects are invoiced in instalments tied to staged delivery.
Revisions
Coursework includes 7 days of free revisions from delivery; dissertations and doctoral work include 30 days. Revisions cover the brief as originally agreed. Substantial changes of scope are quoted separately.
Refunds
If delivered work materially fails to meet the agreed brief and we cannot put it right through revision, we refund the affected portion of the fee.
Deadlines
We meet the deadline you set at the point of order. Where a deadline is missed through our fault, any express surcharge is refunded.
